BALNEOTHERAPY
Nowadays, the thermal waters even after centuries, confirm their impact on the psycho-physical well-being of people, so as to be indicated and recognized by the National Health System, to treat and prevent diseases and injuries of the osteo-articular system and respiratory system, dermatological diseases, rheumatic diseases. The Thermal Bath is carried out in a single bathtub with thermal water for about 20 minutes. Following the bath, the patient lies on the lounger for a further 10 minutes to induce a thermal reaction all wrapped in thermal blankets.

MUD THERAPY
The indications of the application of Thermal Mud are many, as well as their benefits, in the treatment of illnesses of the musculoskeletal system, but also to treat blood circulation, to combat stress, to detoxify the body and to oxygenate the tissues. Thermal Mud is naturally rich in Mineral Salts, which in contact with the skin, activate a process through which toxins are excreted. During the treatment, the mud is applied directly to the skin at a temperature of about 38 degrees for about 20 minutes. It is possible to apply the mud on the whole body or partially on the affected areas. The patient then proceeds with a mud removal shower and, in the case of combination with the balneotherapy, continues with the thermal bath in a single bathtub for another 15 minutes.

KNEIPP THERAPY
This method, devised by the naturopathic monk Kneipp, aims to reinvigorate the body, strengthening its immune defenses, stimulating the ability to self-healing, and improving blood circulation. The therapy is based on the alternation between hot and cold, so the thermal excursion of the water reactivates the circulation of the lower limbs, increasing the reabsorption of liquids and improving tissue oxygenation. The treatment consists of jets of cold water starting from the right little finger and slowly reaching the gluteus, and then moving to the left leg, ending with the sole of the foot. The duration of the treatment is about 8/10 minutes.

LIGHT FACIAL SHOWER
It is a purely thermal treatment ideal for removing skin impurities and is also effective in reducing the outcomes of scars and burns. On an aesthetic level, an immediate anti-wrinkle and regenerating effect is obtained. The treatment is performed with a silk-effect shower and lasts about 10 minutes.

FIBROMYALGIA THERAPEUTIC TREATMENT
Fibromyalgia is the second most common form of rheumatism and is a very frequent disease. Hydrokinesitherapy sessions are carried out in thermal water for the care and treatment of Fibromyalgia, with application of the treatment protocol indicated in the Guidelines. The complete therapeutic sessions last about 1 hour, composed of half an hour of exercises in thermal water in the walk-in bath, and the remaining half hour of Deep Relaxing Massage.
